THE FIRST PART OF THE RE:CONNECT FESTIVAL HELD IN PANČEVO
This year, CWP is organizing the “Reconnect festival” in Pančevo, divided into three parts, with the main goal of strengthening the connections between people and nature and supporting the green transition of the city of Pančevo.
The first part of the festival called “Magic Forest” was held on June 26 in the City Forest in Pančevo. More than 120 children from elementary schools from Dolovo and Banatsko Novo Selo were invited to discover the nature. Throughout the day, educational workshops were organized for children, including a walk along forest paths, workshops on making objects from soil and hay, workshops on birds, and flora and fauna of the forest.
After the “Magic Forest”, two more segments of the festival await us, aimed at raising awareness of ecology, nature conservation and supporting Pančevo in its green transformation.
